| 摘 要： | 目的：研究加味八珍汤对S180荷瘤小鼠的免疫抑制作用。方法：以S180荷瘤小鼠为模型，系统地观察加味八珍汤对瘤重和脾细胞免疫功能的影响。结果：加味八珍汤对S180荷瘤小鼠的平均抑瘤率最高达45．9%，且剂量依赖性地抑制瘤重，明显促进NK活性和IL-2分泌，增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力。结论：加味八珍汤增强荷瘤小鼠细胞免疫功能是其抑制肿瘤效应的机制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe immune anti-tumor effect of modified Bazhen Decoction in S180 tumor-bearing mice. Method:Using S180 tumor-bearing mice as model, study systematically on effect of Bazhen Decoction about tumor weight and immune function of spleen cell. Result:The average anti-tumor rate of modified Bazhen Decoction in S180 tumor-bearing mice is high to 45.9%, and inhibited the tumor weight depended on dosage, promoting markedly activity of NK and production level of IL-2, enhance phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages. Conclusion:The mechanism of modified Bazhen Decoction about anti-tumor is to enhance cellular immune function in tumor-bearing mice. |
