| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨多层螺旋CTA诊断脑血管畸形的价值.方法：应用多层螺旋CT对32例脑血管畸形患者行CTA检查,并应用最大密度投影（MIP）和表面遮盖法（SSD）技术对脑血管病变进行后处理,分析CTA图像,并与DSA结果进行比较.结果：脑增生性血管肿瘤11例,非增生性血管畸形18例,综合征型CNS血管畸形3例.其中分布于脑前动脉区4例,中动脉区7例,后动脉区7例,椎动脉区5例,基底动脉区9例.CTA拟诊与DSA和/或手术证实诊断符合率为90.63%.结论：多层螺旋CTA检查及后处理技术,能安全、快速、准确地对脑血管畸形进行综合分析,具有较高的应用价值.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CTA in cerebrovascular malformations.Methods:32 cases were examined with multi-slice spiral CTA. The raw data was performed with MIP and SSD. We analyzed the CTA images compared with DSA.Results:Proliferating vascular tumour: 11 cases, non-proliferation vasculal malformation 18 cases, syrndromatic CNS malformation : 3 cases. 4 cases located in anterior cerebral artery area, middle cerebral artery area: 7 cases, posterior cerebral artery area: 7 cases, vertebral artery area: 5 cases, basilar artery area: 9 cases. The total diagnostic accordance rate is 90.63%.Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT and 3D reconstruction technic can bring non-invasive, fast and true diagnosis to the patients of cerebrovascular malformations, it's effective technique. |
