羟基喜树碱联合吡柔比星膀胱内灌注预防表浅性膀胱癌术后复发

目的: 观察羟基喜树碱(hydroxycamptothecin,HCPT)联合四氢吡喃基阿霉素(pirarubici,THP)膀胱灌注预防表浅性膀胱癌术后复发的效果和安全性。方法: 用HCPT和THP联合膀胱内灌注,至术后2年,记录每次膀胱灌注后的局部及全身反应情况,3个月行1次膀胱镜复查。结果: 32例随访9~50个月,复发2例,复发率6.3%。所有患者均能耐受上述治疗。结论: HCPT联合THP膀胱灌注预防表浅性膀胱癌术后复发,疗效满意,患者耐受性好,毒副作用轻,是一种有效安全的方法。

Effect of intravesical instillation of hydroxycamptothecin associated with pirarubicin for preventing postoperative recurrence of superficial bladder cancer

Objective:To observe the effect and safety of intravesical instillation of hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT) associated with pirarubicin(THP) for preventing postoperative recurrence of the superficial bladder cancer.Methods:The intravesical instillation of HCPT associated with THP was performed in 32 patients with bladder cancer after operation and till two years after operation.The local and overall reaction was recorded for each instillation.The cystoscopy was performed once every three months.Results:All the patients were followed up for 9 up to 50 months with 20 months on everage.Recurrence occurred in two patients(6.3%).The aforementioned therapy was tolerated by all patients.Conclusions:The intravesical instillation of HCPT associated with THP is an effective and safe treatment for superficial bladder cancer with good tolerance,less toxic and adverse effects and satisfactory results.
