大鼠无菌性炎症发热时血清及丘脑下部铜、锌、铁、镁四种微量元素含量的变化

摘    要:本实验用原子吸收分光光度计测定了大鼠无菌性炎症(AI)发热时血清及丘脑下部组织铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、镁(Mg)4种微量元素的含量。结果发现,发热高峰组动物血清Cu含量与对照组比较显著增加(P<0.05),Zn、Fe含量明显减少(P<0.01),Mg无明显变化;发热高峰组动物丘脑下部组织Cu、Zn含量与对照组比较显著增加(P<0.005,P<0.01),但Fe、Mg含量无明显变化。作者认为,大鼠AI发热时血清微量元素Cu、Zn含量与丘脑下部Cu、Zn含量变化无关。(r=0.214,r=-0.125)。血清Cu含量增加,Zn、Fe含量减少可能参与动物AI发热时的急性期反应,并与机体发热时的防御反应有关。

Abstract:Four trace elements in serum and hypothalamus were assayed with atomic absorption spectrophotometer during aseptic inflammative (AT) fever in rats. In comparision with the control, at the peak of fever, serum Cu was increased (P<0. 05), while serum Zn, Fe and Mg were decreased (P<0. 01). In the hypothalamus, Cu and Zn were increased at the peak of fever (P<0. 01 and P<0. 01), but no change in Fe and Mg was observed. During the recovery stage, Mg in hypothalamus was obviously increased (P<0. 05) ; however, Cu, Zn and Fe did not show any obvious change. According to correlation analysis, there are not any relation between contents of Cu, Zn in serum and in the hypothalamus at the peak of fever (r = 0. 214, r=-0.125, respectively). The authors consider that changes in serum Cu and Zn are not responsible for the changes of Cu and Zn in the hypothalamus during AI fever in rats. The increase in serum Cu and the decrease in Zn, Fe are involved in the acute phase response and the defensive response during AI fever.
