| 摘 要： | 目的:以党参中浸出物与党参炔苷含量为观察指标,评价不同干燥方法对党参质量的影响。方法:采用HPLC法与热浸法测定阴干、晒干、烘干3种方法干燥的党参中浸出物与党参炔苷含量。结果:3种方法干燥的党参样品中浸出物与党参炔苷含量的RSD均小于3%。结论:上述3种干燥方法对党参样品中浸出物与党参炔苷含量影响不大,但烘干法省时,不受自然条件限制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the quality of codonopsis by different drying methods on the basis of extract and content of lobetyolin.Methods：To detect the extract and content of lobetyolin of codonopsis by HPLC method and hot-dip method of 3 drying methods.Results：RSD is less than 3% for 3 methods of drying method of extract and content of lobetyolin in the sample of codonopsis.Conclusion：By the comparison,there was not significant for the above-mentioned three kinds drying methods in the sample extract and content of lobetyolin,but the drying method can shorten time without natural conditions. |
