宫腔镜和B超检查对绝经后子宫出血的诊断价值

目的：评价官腔镜和B超检查对绝经后子宫出血的诊断价值。方法：应用B超和官腔镜对80例绝经后子宫出血患者进行检查，同时行镜下诊刮术及组织病理检查，并对其资料进行回顾性对照分析。结果：官腔镜检查确诊宫内病变34例，B超确诊22例，两者符合率61．3％，其中子宫内膜癌为83．3％，子宫内膜息肉为75．0％。子宫颈管息肉最低（20．0％）。官腔镜检查粘膜下子宫肌瘤和子宫内膜癌与诊刮病检比较差异有统汁学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：官腔镜是查找子宫出血原因、诊治官腔内病变的一种不可替代的检查方法。

The value of hysteroscope and ultrasound wave-B in the diagnosis of postmenopausal mentrorrhagia

Objective: To evaluate the diagnosis value of hysteroscopy and B ultrasoography in patients with postmenopausal uterine bleeding. Methods: B ultrasoography and hysteroscopy were used in 80 patients with postmenopausal uterine bleeding and clinical data were analysed retrospectively. At the same time biopsy under hysteroscopy was done, and specimens were sent for pathologic test. Results: The cases with definitive diagnosis by hysteroscopy were 34; in which by B ultrasonography were 22 with demonstrating 61. 3% consensus. Among them, 83. 3% of the patients had endometrial carcinoma, 75% had endometrial polyps, and 20% had cervical polyps. Significant difference was observed between hysteroscopy and diagnostic curettage in submucous fibroid and endometrial carcinoma (P <0. 01). Conclusions: Hysteroscopy stands on an irreplaceable position for investigating the causes of postmenopausal uterine bleeding as well as treatment.
