鱼金清解口服液质量标准研究

摘    要:目的建立鱼金清解口服液的质量控制标准。方法采用TLC法对制剂中槲皮苷进行定性鉴别;采用GC法对制剂中芳樟醇进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对制剂中绿原酸进行定量测定;采用GC法对制剂中甲基正壬酮进行定量测定。结果 TLC法能检出鱼腥草中的槲皮苷;GC法能检出金银花中的芳樟醇;绿原酸在0.104~2.608μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=1.0000,平均回收率为100.3%,RSD=1.37%;甲基正壬酮在1.7932~71.728μg.ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=1.0000,平均回收率为102.4%,RSD为1.7%。结论本课题所建立的质量标准方法稳定、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a quality standard for Yujin Qingjie Oral Liquid. Methods Quercitrin was identified by TLC and linalool by GC. Chlorogenie acid was determined by HPLC and methyl-n-nonylketone by GC. Results Quercitrin could be detected by TLC and linalool by GC. Chlorogenic acid showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 104-2.608 μg, r = 1. 0000. The average recovery was 100.3%, and RSD was 1.37%. The line- arity of methyl-n-nonylketone was 1. 7932-71. 728 μg -m1-1, r = 1. 0000. The average recovery was 102.4%, and RSD was 1.7%. Conclusion The established method is stable, accurate and reproductive.
