| 摘 要： | 目的探讨癔球症患者的临床特点和人格特征。方法对19例排除各种器质性疾病的癔球症患者进行16-PF心理测验并聚类分析以观察癔球症患者性格特征的构成情况。结果根据聚类分析,乐群、敏感、忧虑、怀疑、紧张5个因素关系密切,与其他因素具有较大距离。将患者按照该结果进行分组,可分为平常型和敏感忧虑型、紧张型、幻想型。分组后,各组分别在紧张型、幻想型和敏感型忧虑型项与其他各组有显著性差别（P〈0.05）。结论癔球症患者在紧张、幻想和紧张忧虑方面有较明显的性格特征。

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis the character trait of peitents suffer from globus hytericus.Methods to analysis（cluster statistica method） 16PF test data answered by 19 outpatients with globus pharyngis.Results the character distinction of the patient with gloubs pharyngis can be divided 4 types： normal,sensitive-anxiety,tonicity and autisticity.Conclusion sensitive-anxiety,tonicity and autisticity are the character traits of peitents suffer from globus hytericus. |
