| 摘 要： | 吴良村教授认为正虚邪积为胃癌的根本病机,辨证首责之于脾胃,按人体正气盛衰将胃积分为脾胃气虚、胃热瘀毒、气阴两虚三型,治疗按此三阶段扶正祛邪,用药特点以益气养阴为本,甘凉平补,意在细水长流。

| Abstract: | Professor WU Liang-cun think that positive qi deficiency and excess are gastric cancer＇s,the most important of syndrome differentiation is spleen and stomach,he divide gastric cancer into spleen stomach qi deficiency,stomach damp heat and phlegm retention and deficiency of both qi and yin by healthy qi＇s boom and bust,the treatment of gastric cancer is based on these,the drug administering characteristics of WU Liang-cun is supplementing qi and nourishing yin,using sweet cool mild herbs for long-term view. |
