强心通脉颗粒治疗慢性心衰的实验研究

目的：研究强心通脉颗粒治疗慢性心衰的心功能疗效及心肌超微结构变化。方法：本实验以结扎冠状动脉主干下2～4mm致大鼠急性心肌梗死后,再进行饥饿疗法以及力竭式游泳作为慢性心衰模型。造模成功后将动物分为正常组、模型组、西药组、强心通脉颗粒大剂量组和强心通脉颗粒中剂量组,服药8周后,测心脏功能和心肌超微结构变化。结果：强心通脉颗粒能够显著改善慢性心衰大鼠精神状态、毛发等一般状况;明显改善慢性心衰大鼠的心功能情况;明显改善心肌细胞超微结构。结论：强心通脉颗粒可以达到改善慢性心衰大鼠的心肌形态结构,抑制心肌肥厚,减少心脏重塑和心肌重构,逆转和预防慢性心力衰竭的目的。

Experimental Study of Qiangxintongmai Powder in Treating Chronic Heart Failure

Objective：Study on Qiangxintongmai Powder in the treatment of chronic heart failure cardiac function efficacy and ultrastructural changes.Methods：This purpose under the main coronary artery ligation 2～4 mm induced acute myocardial infarction,then hunger therapy and exhaustive-swimming as a model for chronic heart failure.Of making up for a normal animal is divided into normal groups,model groups,western medicine group,Qiangxintongmai Powder strong high-dose groups and Qiangxintongmai Powder medium-dose groups,to take the medicine after eight weeks,cardiac function and cardiac ultrastructural changes.Results：Qiangxintongmai Powder can be marked improvement in chronic heart failure rats mental state,hair,and so the general situation;significant improvement in chronic heart failure rat heart function;significantly improved myocardial cell ultrastructure.Conclusions：Qiangxintongmai Powder can attain the goal of improvements for chronic heart failure rats morphology,suppression of myocardial hypertrophy,reduce myocardialremodeling,reversing and preventing chronic heart failure.
