博莱霉素致大鼠肺纤维化模型肺组织不同时间点的动态演变

摘    要:目的:观察博莱霉素(BLM)致大鼠肺纤维化模型肺组织不同时间点动态演变过程。方法:采用博莱霉素气管内注入致Wistar大鼠肺纤维化模型,用HE、MASSON染色观察肺组织病理形态不同时间点的演变。结果:随着时间的延长,肺纤维化大鼠肺组织肺泡炎、纤维化、胶原沉积不断加重。结论:博莱霉素致大鼠肺纤维化模型肺组织动态演变具有时相型。

Abstract:Objective:Observation of bleomycin (BLM) induced rat model of pulmonary fibrosis lung tissue at different time points dynamic evolution process.Methods:Used intratracheal instillation of bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis Wistar rat model,Observed the evolution of different time points of lung by HE,MASSON.Results:With the extension of time,alveolitis,fibrosis,and collagen deposition increasing.Conclusion:Bleomycin (BLM) induced rat model of pulmonary fibrosis lung tissue with dynamic phase of evolution.
