摘    要:类风湿关节炎(RA)患者滑膜中血管生成增加是造成滑膜炎、骨和软骨破坏、血管翳生长的原因。血管生成是一个由促血管生成和抑血管生成调节因子调控的复杂过程。类风湿关节炎滑膜组织中有许多促血管生成因子被表达,它们在类风湿关节炎血管生成的过程中发挥了重要作用。近年来在促血管生成和抑血管生成方面的研究进展,为应用雷公藤内酯醇等阻抑血管生成药物治疗RA提供了新的思路。

Abstract:Angiogenesis in Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) synovial of patients is the cause of synovitis,bone and cartilage destruction,pannus growth. Angiogenesis is a complex process which is controlled and regulatoryed by angiopoietin and anti-angiogenesis factors. There are many angiopoietin factors that are expressed in Synovial tissues of RA,which played an important role in rheumatoid arthritis in the process of angiogenesis. In recent years,the research of promoting and inhibition of angiogenesis has made great progress. The application of Triptolide provides a new way of thinking to inhibit the angiogenesis in RA.
