中西医结合治疗急性脑出血的临床研究

目的：研究中西医结合早期使用活血化瘀中药治疗急性脑出血患者的临床疗效。方法：将160例患者随机分为两组,对照组40例予脱水、降颅压等西医常规治疗;治疗组120例在对照组治疗基础上早期加口服或鼻饲活血化瘀中药。观察两组临床疗效及治疗血肿、水肿、NIHSS评分改善情况。结果：治疗组总有效率（91.6%）,明显高于对照组（60.0%）,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,两组治疗后血肿大小、水肿体积及NIHSS评分均较治疗前有显著改善（P〈0.05）;治疗后治疗组在血肿水肿体积、NIHSS评分方面与对照组比较,差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论：临床验证中西医结合早期使用活血化瘀中药治疗急性脑出血,疗效确切,明显降低了病死率和致残率,提高了患者的生存质量。

Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Acute Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective： To study the early use of Chinese and Western medicine with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of blood circulation in patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage clinical efficacy.Methods：160 patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group of 40 patients to dehydration,reducing the intracranial pressure and other conventional Western medical treatment;treatment of 120 patients in the control group on the basis of early treatment of oral or nasal feeding increases blood circulation of Chinese medicine.Clinical efficacy were observed and treatment of hematoma,edema,NIHSS score improve the situation.Results：The total effective rate（91.6%） was significantly higher（60.0%）,two groups have more significant difference（P0.05）,hematoma the size of the two groups after treatment,edema volume and NIHSS score than those treated before a significant improvement（P0.05）;the treatment group after treatment edema and hematoma volume,NIHSS score compared with the control group,significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinically proven combination of Chinese and Western medicine early use of blood circulation of Chinese medicine treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage,the precise effect of significantly reducing the mortality and disability,improve the patient＇s quality of life.
