摘    要:介绍南征教授"毒损肾络"理论学说的内涵及在消渴肾病(糖尿病肾病)和水毒证(慢性肾衰竭)临床治疗中的指导意义。其率先提出的"毒损肾络"理论学说、不仅丰富了糖尿病肾病及慢性肾衰竭中医病机理论的内涵,也拓宽了中医治疗糖尿病肾病及慢性肾衰竭的思路与方法,更有助于提高糖尿病肾病及慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效,值得进一步深入研究。

Abstract:This paper introduces my tutor Professor NAN Zheng's " Kidney-collaterals impaired by Toxin " theory and its clinical application in Xiaoke renal disease(diabetic nephropathy) and water-toxin syndrome(chronic renal failure).Nan Zheng is the first person who developed the innovation of "Kidney-collaterals impaired by Toxin" theory,which not only enriched the pathophysiology and clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy and chronic renal failure,but also improved the clinical efficacy of diabetic nephropathy and chronic renal failure,which needs more further study.
