双参口服液对醋酸泼尼松皮肤不良反应的预防作用

目的：观察双参口服液对长期应用醋酸泼尼松引起的大鼠皮肤不良反应的预防作用。方法：32只SPF级♂SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组（NS）、醋酸泼尼松组（GC）、双参口服液高剂量组（GC＋SSH）、双参口服液低剂量组（GC＋SSL）。根据体重给药,88天后处死大鼠,取背部正中皮肤进行组织病理学检查,并用计算机图像分析系统定量分析生长表皮厚度和弹力纤维面积百分比;另取一定质量背部去毛皮肤测定单位皮肤中羟脯氨酸含量。结果：长期应用醋酸泼尼松大鼠生长表皮显著变薄,弹力纤维减少、断裂,羟脯氨酸含量减少等皮肤不良反应现象（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。双参口服液用药组大鼠生长表皮增厚,弹力纤维面积百分比增大,羟脯氨酸含量增加,皮肤不良反应明显减轻（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。结论：双参口服液在所用剂量下对长期应用醋酸泼尼松致大鼠皮肤不良反应有较好的预防作用,并呈一定量效关系。

Preventive Effects of Shuangshen Oral Iiquid on Glucocorticoid-induced Skin Rats

Objective：To study the preventive effects of shuangshen oral liquid（SS） on aging skin of rats induced by Glucocorticosteroid（GC）.Methods：32 ♂ SD rats were randomize into 4 equal groups.Rats were oral gavages prednisone（3.5mg/（kg.d））once a day for 88 days,and then treated with SS at dose of high and low respectively.Epidermal thickness and area of elastic fibers were determined quantitatively with computer imaging system in order to measure the histopathological change.Results：Epidermal thickness and content of elastic fibers were significantly lower as the aging-like changes in GC treated group than those in the control group（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.The same parameters were obviously higher in all two medicinal products treated groups than those in GC treated group（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Long-term administration of Prednisone can cause aging-like changes for rats skin,shuangshen oral liquid have the protective effect on it.
