天胡荽有效部位HS抗大鼠免疫型肝纤维化的实验研究

目的：研究天胡荽有效部位HS抗肝纤维化的作用。方法：复制猪血清所致的大鼠肝纤维化模型,设立空白对照组,模型对照组,γ干扰素组,HS高剂量组（1.5g/kg）与低剂量组（0.5g/kg）,观察HS对丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）,门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）,白蛋白（Alb）,总蛋白,羟脯氨酸（Hyp）的含量以及对肝脏病理形态学的影响。结果：HS显著降低大鼠血清中的ALT,AST水平以及肝组织中的Hyp水平;组织病理学结果显示：HS高,低剂量组大鼠肝组织纤维化程度都有一定改善。结论：HS具有良好的抗免疫型肝纤维化作用。

An Experimental Study on Effects of HS Against Hepatic Fibrosis in Rats

Objective：To research the effects and mechanism of HS from Hydrozoytle sibthorpioides Lam.on rats with hepatic fibosis.Methods：Experimental fibrosis model was copied by intracutaneous injection of swine serum,setting up normal group,model group,γ-Interferon group and HS treated group with the dose of 1.5,0.5g/kg.The effects of HS on the level of ALT,AST,Alb,TP,Hyp were tested and the pathological charges of hepatic tissue were observed.Results： The level of ALT,AST in serum and Hyp in liver decreased obviously compared with model group and the pathological charges releaved in both HS treated groups.Conclusion：HS has theraputic effect on imnune liver fibrosis.
