摘    要:目的:建立路路通的高效毛细管电泳指纹图谱,研究不同产地路路通药材的质量,建立评价路路通质量优劣的指纹图谱分析方法。方法:利用HPCE方法,采用未涂层熔融石英毛细管柱(57cm×75μmID,有效长度50cm)为分离通道,以12mmol·L-1硼砂:甲醇(80:20)为电泳介质,分离电压30kV,毛细管温度30℃,检测波长200nm。结果:确定了路路通药材中的10个共有峰,初步体现路路通药材的特征性。结论:路路通药材的高效毛细管电泳指纹图谱,重复性好,专属性强,用于路路通的质量评价切实可行,可结合含量测定用于全面控制路路通药材的质量。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the chromatographic fingerprint analysis for the quality control of Fructus Liquidambris. Methods:HPCE method was applied to establish the chromatographic fingerprint. An uncoated fused silica capillary (57cm×75μm ID,effective length of 50cm) was used. The electrolyte buffer composed of 12mmol·L-1 borax-methanol (80:20),applied voltage 30kV,the capillary temperature was 30℃,detection wavelength was 200nm. Results:The HPCE chromatographic fingerprint of Fructus Liquidambris showing 10 common peaks was established.,and showing ten common peaks represented the characteristics of the herb's constituents. Conclusions:The HPCE fingerprint method is repeatable,feasible in analysis of Fructus Liquidambris and was proved to be a reliable and rapid method for the quality control of Fructus Liquidambris.
