中药治疗婴幼儿湿疹临床观察

目的：观察中药内服外洗治疗婴儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法：将60例湿疹患儿平均分为两组,每组30例,其中治疗组采用中药汤剂内服兼外洗;对照组给予氯苯那敏片口服,0.1%丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外搽。结果：治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,皮损面积明显减少。结论：中药内服外洗治疗婴儿湿疹疗效显著。

Chinese Medicine Treatment of Infantile Eczema Clinical Observation

Objective：To observe the effect of oral treatment of infantile eczema wash outside of the clinical efficacy. Methods：60 cases of children with eczema were divided into 2 groups,each of the 30 cases,of which the treatment group and internal medicine decoction to wash outside; the control group given chlorphenamine oral paracetamol tablets,hydrocortisone butyrate 0.1% cream for external use. Results：The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was superior to the control group （P0.05）,significantly reduced lesion area. Conclusion：internal medicine outside the washing effect of the treatment of infantile eczema significantly.
