寻常型银屑病患者外周血Th17细胞的检测

目的：研究Th17细胞相关因子在银屑病发病机制中的作用。方法：选择32例寻常性银屑病患者和15名健康人为研究对象。采用流式细胞分析法检测各组患者外周血Th17细胞占CD4＋T细胞比例;应用酶联免疫吸附方法（ELISA）检测患者外周血Th17相关细胞因子白细胞介素（IL）-17和IL-23的表达。结果：银屑病患者Th17细胞表达百分比（2.8±1.3）（明显高于对照组（0.4±0.3）（（P〈0.05）;银屑病患者IL-17、IL-23表达水平均高于对照组（P〈0.05）,且与皮损面积和严重指数（PASI）呈正相关。结论：寻常型银屑病患者外周血Th17细胞比例增加,IL-17、IL-23水平升高,Th17细胞可能参与银屑病的发病。

The Expression of Cytokines Associated with Th17 Cell on the Peripheral Blood in Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective：To investigate the alteration and its significance of T help 17 cells（Th17）in patients psoriasis vulgaris.Methods：The frequencies of Th17 in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometric analysis in patients with psoriatic（n=32） and healthy controls（n=15）;Th17-related plasma cytokine（IL-17,IL-23） concentrations were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results：The frequencies of Th17 in peripheral blood were significantly increased in psoriasis（2.8±1.3）﹪,compared with controls（0.4±0.3）﹪（P0.05）.Th17 related cytokine IL-17 and IL-23 markedly increased in psoriasis compared with controls（P0.05）,and were positive correlated PASI.Conclusion：The frequencies of Th17 increased in patients with psoriasis vulgaris which may suggest a potential role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
