加味黄芪散联合丹参注射液对早发型重度子痫前期合并胎儿生长受限患者的干预性研究

目的：探讨对于早发型重度子痫前期合并胎儿生长受限患者在常规期待治疗的基础上,应用中药加味黄芪散联合丹参注射液进行干预的疗效。方法：50例孕周在30～33周的早发型重度子痫前期合并胎儿生长受限患者按自愿原则分为中药干预组26例（A组）和常规治疗组24例（B组）,另外选择同期孕检正常妇女20例作为正常妊娠对照组（C组）,多普勒超声观察胎儿生长指标,脐动脉血流、比较A、B组疗效和妊娠结局及新生儿存活率。结果：A组治疗后脐动脉阻力指数（RI值）、脐动脉血流速率在收缩期末和舒张期末的比值（S/D值）较治疗前显著降低（P〈0.05）,疗效显著优于B组治疗后（P〈0.05）,平均延长孕龄、新生儿体重、新生儿存活率显著高于B组（P〈0.01）。结论：对于早发型重度子痫前期合并胎儿生长受限患者在常规期待治疗的基础上应用加味黄芪散联合丹参注射液进行干预疗效优于常规期待治疗。

Study on Treatment Effects of Combination Therapy with Jiawei Huangqi San and Danshen Injection on Fetal Growth Restriction Induced by Early Onset Severe Preeclampsia

Objective：To explore the treatment effects of Jiawei Huangqi San （JWHQS） and Danshen Injection（DSI） combined with routine methods for fetal growth restriction（FGR） caused by early onset severe preeclampsia.Methods：Fifty patients with FGR induced by early onset severe preeclampsia,gestation age within 30 to 33 weeks were voluntarily assigned to two groups：group A Chinese treatment＇s group （n=26）,treated by JWHQS and DSI combined with routine methods;group B （n=24）,only receiving the routine therapy.In addition,twenty normal pregnant women served as normal control（group C,n=20）,The fetal growth and umbilical artery blood flow velocity of pregnant women in the treatment period were determined by ultrasound.The treatment effects were assessed.The survival rates of neonates and the endings of pregnancy were compared.Results：The values of RI and S/D in group A were decreased significantly after treatment（P〈0.05） and were lower significantly than those in group B after treatment（P〈0.05）.Increasing of the average gestational age,the average birth weight of neonates and the survival rate of neonates in group A were significantly higher than those in group B（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The effect of treatment of JWHQS and DSI binding with routine methods in FGR induced by early onset severe preeclampsia were more satisfactory than that of treatment of routine methods.
