再探亚健康的中医分型和对策

随着社会经济的快速发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,由社会、心理问题引起的亚健康状态在人群中普遍存在,且人数逐年增加,成为备受关注的医疗及社会问题。同时,其干预机制一直较混乱,缺少规范。跟西医相比,中医药在此方面有很大优势。根据中医基础理论和作者长期的临床实践,从亚健康的中医认识、中医分型和中医干预方案3个方面进行了深入探讨。可从不同方面对亚健康进行辨证分型,结合传统中医养生的理论和独特技术,施以相应干预措施,在当前是必要的,从而达到扭转亚健康,恢复健康,提高生存质量的目的。

Re-probing of TCM Syndrome Types and Countermeasures of Sub-health

With the rapid developing of economy and the rising of people＇s living standard,sub-health phenomenon caused by social and psychological factors is prevalent in the crowd,while the number is increasing year by year,which becomes the medical and social problems receiving much concern. At the same time,the intervention mechanism is more confused and lack of standards. Compared with Western Medicine,there is a great advantage in this field in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Based on the theories of TCM and the authors＇ long-term clinical experiences,the understandings,TCM syndrome types and the scheme of interventions of sub-health are discussed in depth in this paper. It is necessary to differentiate the syndrome types and impose the appropriate interventions of sub-health combining with the TCM theories and its unique technologies currently,so as to rehabilitate and improve the quality of life.
