《伤寒论》汤剂加水量与煮取量的研究

摘    要:加水量与煮取量是影响汤剂质量的两个重要参数,对《伤寒论》中汤剂加水量与煮取量的有关数据进行了整理,研究发现其加水量与煮取量具有类方相似的规律;认为影响加水量的因素主要有方剂功效、方剂药量、药物药性等,而煮取量的多少主要由服药情况决定;该研究结果可以给现代煎药方法提供一些有益的启示,有利于汤剂质量的提高。

Abstract:The volume of water added and the liquid medicine obtained have great influence on the quality of decoction. This paper studied the two parameters of decoctions in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases, and it is discovered that each sort of decoctions had similarities. The efficacy of decoctions, the weight and the nature of the herbal medicine and so on can affect the amount of water added; the volume of the liquid medicine obtained is mainly determined by taking demanded. This study may help for improving the quality of decoction nowadays.
