右归丸对合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退老年慢性心力衰竭患者的影响

目的：研究右归丸对合并亚临床甲减老年慢性心力衰竭患者心功能、甲状腺功能的影响。方法：将合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退的老年慢性心力衰竭患者67例随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均接受常规西医治疗,前者再予右归丸治疗,比较两组治疗前后心功能改善情况以及各项心脏指标和甲状腺激素的变化。结果治疗组心功能改善明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后LVEF、LVED、LED、LVPWT、WST较治疗前均有明显改善,而治疗组改善更明显。治疗组治疗后TSH水平明显低于较对照组（P〈0.01）,其余各项指标无统计学差异。结论：对于合并亚临床甲减早期（TSH水平≤101μIU/mL）老年慢性心力衰竭患者,右归丸可以显著改善心功能,减轻甲状腺激素代谢的紊乱,且具有治疗风险较小的特点。

Effect of Youguiwan on the Senile Patients with Chronic Cardiac Failure and Subclinical Hypothyroidism

Objective：To observe the effect of Youguiwan on heart function and thyroid hormones in the senile patients with chronic cardiac failure and subclinical hypothyroidism.Method：67 patients with chronic cardiac failure and subclinical hypothyroidism were randomized into two groups：treated group and controls.All patients were treated with routine western medicme.Treated group was given to Youguiwan.The effective rate oftreated group was higherthanthat ofcontrols.LVEF、LVED、LED、LVPWT、IVST in two groups were better after treatment And LVED of treated group was improved significantly.TSH of treated group was lower than that of controls after treatment.Conclusion：Yougutwan Can elevate heart function,improve thyroid hormone disorder and has less side-effect in the senile patients with chronic cardiac failure and subclinical hypothyroidism（TSH≤10μIU/mL）.
