自拟清肝泻浊化瘀汤治疗青年慢性细菌性前列腺炎46例

目的：评价清肝泻浊化瘀汤治疗青年慢性细菌性前列腺炎临床效果。方法：采用自拟清肝泻浊化瘀汤口服治疗青年慢性细菌性前列腺炎46例作为治疗组,并同期采用盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊及克拉霉素胶囊口服治疗青年慢性细菌性前列腺炎43例作为对照组,观察两组治疗前后慢性前腺炎症状积分指数（NIH-CPSI）评分及有关症状的改善情况,EPS中WBC及SPL的评分改善情况,伴随神经官能症及阳痿的改善情况。结果：治疗组总有效率95.7%,对照组总有效率72.1%,差异统计学有意义（P〈0.05）。NIH-CPSI评分观察：对疼痛,排尿情况及生活质量的改善。治疗组明显优于对照组,差异统计学有意义（P〈0.05）。EPS中WBC及SPL量化评分改善情况：治疗组明显优于对照组,差异统计学有意义（P〈0.05）。对神经官能症及阳痿改善情况：治疗组明显优于对照组,差异统计学学有意义（P〈0.05）。结论：自拟清肝泻浊化瘀汤治疗青年慢性细菌性前列腺炎有较好的疗效。

The Observation of Treating 46 Young Patients with Chronic Bacterial Prostatitis with Qinggan-Xiezuohuayu Decoction

Objective：To evaluating the clinical effect of Qinggan-Xiezuohuayu decoction in treating young patients with bacterial prostatitis.Methods：In treatment group 46 young patients were given Qinggan-Xiezuohuayu decoction,in control group 43 young patients were given Levofloxacin Capsules and Clarithromycin Capsules.NIH-CPSI and amelioration of relevent symptom were also observed,the amelioration of WBC and SPL in EPS,relative neurosis and impotence were also observed.Results：The total effective rate were 95.7% and 72.1% respectively in treatment group and control group,the difference was statistical significance（P 0.05）.Observation to NIH-CPSI：that in amelioration of soreness,micturition and qualitative of living of the patients in treatment group surpass to that of the patients in control group,the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.the amelioration of WBC and SPL in EPS,that of the patients in treatment group surpass to that of the patients in control group,the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.the amelioration of neurosis and impotence,that of the patients in treatment group surpass to that of the patients in control group,the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：there is better clinical effect in treating patients with bacterial prostatitis Qinggan-Xiezuohuayu decoction.
