复方茵柏颗粒剂成型工艺的研究

摘    要:目的:确定复方茵柏颗粒剂的成型(制粒)工艺条件。方法:考察不同辅料(乳糖、可溶性淀粉、糊精)及可溶性淀粉用量对浸膏粉吸湿性的影响;用正交试验法优选制粒工艺条件,考察颗粒的流动性与吸湿性。结果:3种辅料均可明显降低浸膏粉的吸湿性。最佳制粒工艺条件为:浸膏粉与可溶性淀粉按1∶1的比例混匀,以80%乙醇为润湿剂制软材,醇的用量为浸膏粉的1.2倍。成品颗粒的流动性好,临界相对湿度约为67%。结论:本研究为复方茵柏颗粒制粒工艺条件的确定及生产环境的控制提供了科学的实验依据。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the forming technic of Yinbai Particulates. Methods:The influence of different excipients(including lactose、soluble amylum and dextrine ) and usage amount of soluble amylum to hygroscopicity of powdered extract were investigated; processing conditions was optimized by orthogonal experiment,flowability and hygroscopicity were investigated.Results:All of the three different excipients can significantly degrade the hygroscopicity of powdered extract; the optimal processing conditions were obtained and validated as follows:powdered extract and soluble amylum were added 1∶1,80% ethanol was added as wetting agent,and the usage amount of it was 20% more than powdered extract. The flowability of Yinbai Particulates was good,and the critical relative humidity of it was 67%. Conclusion:This research provided the basis of Forming Technic definition and produce environment control of Yinbai Particulates.
