温肾祛瘀消癥法对子宫内膜异位症患者环核苷酸及免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的:通过观察温肾祛瘀消癥法对血液中环核苷酸系统和相关免疫指标的影响,探讨子宫内膜异位症的发病机制及其对子宫内膜异位症患者免疫功能的调节机理。方法:治疗组20例,用温肾祛瘀消癥法,琥珀散加减合毓麟珠加减;对照组20例,用丹那唑治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后环核苷酸系统、癌抗原-125(CA125)、抗子宫内膜抗体(EmAb)的变化。结果:两组患者治疗前cAMP降低,cGMP升高,cAMP/cGMP显著降低,存在免疫功能紊乱。治疗后,治疗组环核苷酸系统改善优于对照组(P〈0.05),两组比较差异有统计学意义;两组均可降低CA125、EmAb阳性率(P〉0.05),差异无统计学意义。结论:子宫内膜异位症的发病机制与肾阳不足相关,温肾祛瘀消癥法可有效调节机体免疫系统的紊乱状况,维持免疫功能的稳定,对子宫内膜异位症有较好疗效。

Abstract:Objective:The pathogenesis and their regulation mechamism of endometriosis on immune function in patients are explored by using the method of kidney warming,Quyu and eliminating mass via observing the effect of the cyclic nucleotide systems and related immune parameters in blood.Methods:The therapy group,20 patients treated with the kidney warming,Quyu and eliminating mass method,amber loose beads plus or minus plus or minus combined Yulin; control group,20 patients treated with danazol. The changes of cyclic nucleotide system,cancer antigen-125 (CA125) and anti-endometrial antibodies (EmAb) in two group patients were observed before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,the values in two group patients of cAMP decrease,and cGMP increase; therefore,the values of cAMP / cGMP decreased apparently,and immune dysfunction occurred. After treatment,the improvement of cyclic nucleotide system in the treatment group is better than the control group (P〈0.05). The difference between the two groups is statistical significant. All the two groups can reduce the values of CA125 and positive rate of EmAb (P〈0.05),and no statistical significance.Conclusion:The pathogenesis of endometriosis is correlation with lacking kidney-yang. The method of kidney warming,Quyu and eliminating mass can effectively regulate disorder condition of immune system,maintain the stability of immune function and better endometriosis efficacy.
