摘    要:目的:观察电针不同脉冲频率对切卵大鼠松质骨结构的影响,探讨电针治疗原发性骨质疏松模型大鼠的最佳刺激参数。方法:采用电针2Hz、100Hz、2/100Hz不同频率对去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠进行治疗,以倍美力灌胃作为对照组,观察Micro-CT下大鼠松质骨空间结构参数以及血清E2、PICP、ICTP的变化。结果:电针组能不同程度提高模型大鼠骨小梁数目、厚度、骨体积分数和血清E2、PICP含量,减小骨小梁间隙、骨表面积体积比,降低血清ICTP水平;其中以100Hz频率电针组疗效更为明显。结论:电针对骨质疏松大鼠骨小梁空间结构具有一定的保护作用,并且这种保护作用以100Hz频率电针刺激更为明显。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of electro-acupuncture with different frequency on space structures of cancellous bone in the ovariectomized rat model, and seek the optimal parameter of electro-acupuncture in treating osteoporosis in ovariectomized rat model. Methods: To treat The ovariectomized rats model with osteoporosis , electro-acupuncture groups were treatedwith 2Hz,100Hz and 2/100 Hz three different frequencies, the control group received gastric perfusion of Premarin , and investigate the parameters of cancellous bone space structures with Micro-CT, and the changes of serum estradiol (E2), carboxyterminal propeptide of type I procollagen(PICP),carboxyterminal telopeptide of type I collagen(ICTP).Results:Electro-acupuncture groups could significantly enhance trabecular number(Tb N), trabecular thickness (Tb.Th),bone volume fraction(BV/TV)and serum E2, PICP ,while trabecular spacing (Tb.Sp), bone surface/bone volume (BS/BV) and serumICTP were reduced significantly in the ovariectomized rat model, therapeutic effect especially better of 100Hz frequency. Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture has protective effect on cancellous bone space structures in the ovariectomized rat model, and 100Hz maybe the best stimulate parameter.
