以痈论治肝源性溃疡疗效观察

目的：观察以痈论治对肝源性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：将120例肝源性溃疡患者按来诊顺序随机分为两组。治疗组60例口服自拟中药消痈溃得康、奥美拉唑、心得安,对照组60例予奥美拉唑、心得安口服。两组均以4周为1个疗程,共观察1个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率为96.7%,明显优于对照组的83.3%（P〈0.05）。结论：消痈溃得康组中西医结合治疗肝源性溃疡疗效优于西药治疗。

Observation about the Clinical Effect of Treating Hepatogenic Ulcer as Carbuncle

Objective：the purpose of this article is to observe the clinical effect of treating hepatogenic ulcer as carbuncle.Method：According to visiting order,the 120 subjects who are in the cause of HU are divided into two groups at random.60 subjects as treatment group take XiaoYongKuiDeKang-self-made traditional Chinese medicine、Omeprazole and Propranolol orally,while 60 subjects as control group take Omeprazole and Propranolol.The two groups regard 4 weeks as a course of treatment and a course of treatment is observed.Result：Total effective rate of treatment group is 96.7%,obviously superior to the control group 83.3% （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：the group treating hepatogenic ulcer combining Chinese and Western medicine gets a distinct advantage over western medicine.
