疏血通注射液治疗瘀血阻络型心律失常临床观察

目的：探讨疏血通注射液治疗瘀血阻络型心律失常的临床疗效。方法：将80例心律失常病人随机分为治疗组与对照组两组,每组各40例,治疗组采用疏血通注射液治疗,采用口服西药盐酸胺碘酮片治疗,并辅以营养心肌药物如辅酶Q10、肌苷等,10天为1疗程,2个疗程后观察服药前后的心功能参数、两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组治疗后心功能各项参数均增加,控制各类早搏总有效率达90%,对照组总显效率67.5%,两组总显效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：疏血通注射液能明显缓解临床症状及改善心功能,从而达到抗心律失常的目的。

Objective： To explore the Shuxuetong Injection blood stasis arrhythmia clinical effect.Methods： 80 patients with arrhythmia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 2 group,40 cases in each group,treatment group with Shuxuetong injection treatment,use of oral amiodarone hydrochloride tablets medicine treatment,and supplemented by nutritional cardiomyopathy drugs such as coenzyme Q10,inosine,etc.10 days for the l course of treatment,observed after two courses of cardiac function parameters before and after medication,the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results： The treatment group after treatment compared with the control group,treatment group,the parameters of cardiac function after treatment was increased to control all kinds of premature beats the total effective rate was 90% in the control group was markedly effective rate 67.5%,the efficiency of the two groups overall significant difference compared statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Shuxuetong injection can significantly relieve symptoms and improve cardiac function,so as to achieve the purpose of anti-arrhythmia.
