摘    要:目的 观察正常胚胎及胎儿各期肌肉及神经的发育,作为研究幽门病理状态的基础。方法 标本为38例胎龄8-35周的胚胎及胎儿,1例4个月的婴儿。用H-E染色法及Bielschowsky染色法进行切片染色,对幽门肌、肌间神经节及丛的各期表现进行观察及定量研究。结果采用方差分析进行统计学处理。结果 随胎龄增大,幽门内、外径增加,外径变化更明显的与幽站括约肌的有关;粘膜下层增厚,占各层比例下降,幽门内、外径处

Abstract:Objective To study the neural and muscular development of pylorus through different gestational stages. Methods The pyloric specimens of 38 embryos and fetus (gestational age ranged from 8 35 weeks) and one specimen from a 4 monthold infant were stained with haematoxylin/eosin and Bielschowsky silver impregnation stains. Morphometric study was performed, and data were statistical by analysis of variance. Results The inner and outer diameters of pylorus increased gradually with gestational age. The changes of outer diameter reflected the growth of pyloric sphincter. While the submucosal layer thickness increased with gestational age, it gradually decreased as a proportion of the pylorus. The size of muscular cell and ganglion cell increased. The circular muscle, longitudinal muscle, sphincter and Auerbach's plexus appeared at various gestational stages. Meissner's plexus and obilque muscular fiber were not detected in the embryonic and fetal speciments. Conclusions Neuromuscular tissue of pylorus originates from mesenchyme. The Meissner's plexus of pylorus is immature antenatally. Oblique muscle fiber is absent. The development of muscle and neural tissue is interrelated throughout gestation.
