| 摘 要： | 建立了测定六味地黄丸中丹皮酚含量的毛细管气相色谱法，采用分流进样技术，以正十六烷为内标，丹皮酚经乙酸乙酯提取，浓缩，进行定量分析。丹皮酚在２．４９～１２．６５ｕｇ范围内与峰面积呈线性关系，其加样回收率为１００．４％（ＣＶ＝１．５０％，ｎ＝１１），测定了４个厂家７个批号的六味地黄丸中丹皮酚的含量，结果准确，测得结果与其它方法比较一致。

| Abstract: | he authores set up the GC method for quantitave analysis of paeonolinthe liuwei Dihuang wan. It shows that is linear relationship between the pacoud's quantity(2.49 ug to 12.65ug)and peak area(redamation 100.4%,w1.50%,n=11).Some samglesof liuwei Dihuang wan were examined with this method. |
