肉桂赤石脂配伍的研究

在免疫功能抑制条件下，就肉桂、赤旨配伍前后进行血液、免疫、抗炎、抗溃疡和镇痛等药理作用影响的研究。结果表明：肉桂对醋酸、电刺激、热刺激所致疼痛有明显的抑制作用，赤石脂仅对电刺激致痛的有抑制作用，配伍后镇痛作用明显降低；肉桂能明显延长凝血时间，赤石脂能明显缩短凝血时间，配伍后缩短了肉桂的凝血时间，降低赤石脂的止因作用及抗溃疡作用；肉桂、赤石脂有使ＷＢＣ、ＲＢＣ、Ｈｂ升高及胸腺、脾脏重量增加的作用，配

An Experimental Study on Combination of Cinnamon Bair and Hallogsite

Thehemostatic effects,immunopharmacologicaleffecls,anti-mflam-matong effects,anti-ulcer effects and analgesic effects of cinnamon barke and hallogsiteused together were studied in the immunosuppression condition.The results showed that cin-namon bark could relieve the pain caused by acetic acid,heat and electnicity,but halloysiteonly could relieve the pain caused by electnicity.Two drugs used together could weaken the re-lieving of the pain.cinnamon could obviously prolong blood coagulation time,hallogsitecould obviouslg reduce blood coagulation time,Two drugs used togethen could weaken thehemostatic effects and the anti-ulcer effects of hallogsite. Two drugs used alone could increasethe number of RBC, WBC and the weights of spleen and thymus of mice.Two diugs used to-ether could decrease the number of RBC,and the weights of spleen,but could increase theanti-inflammatong kffects of halloysite.
