| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方皂矾丸在乳腺癌化疗引起的骨髓抑制中的预防作用。方法 86例乳腺癌术后辅助化疗病人随机分为两组,药物组：复方皂矾丸＋化疗,对照组：单独使用化疗,观察两组化疗后骨髓抑制的情况。结果第一次化疗后72.1%（62/86）患者出现了不同程度的骨髓抑制现象,药物组骨髓抑制情况好于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论复方皂矾丸能够有效预防乳腺癌患者化疗引起严重骨髓抑制的出现。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To evaluate the Preventive effect of Zaofan pill on the myelosuppression induced by chemotherapy of breast cancer patients.METHODS Eighty-six patients of breast cancer during chemotherapy were randomized into two groups.The test group patients received Zaofan pill and chemotherapy;with the control group chemotherapy only.RESULTS Sixty-two of all patients（72.1%） received the myelosuppression during the first course of chemotherapy.The effect of test group was better than control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Zaofan pill was effective drug preventing the myelosuppression during breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. |
