| 摘 要： | 嵌顿性输尿管结石的治疗方式尚无统一意见,该文就目前不同治疗方式及各方式的优劣进行综述,建议对于上段嵌顿性输尿管结石可先考虑微通道经皮肾碎石术或输尿管镜碎石术,中下段可首先考虑输尿管镜碎石术,对合并输尿管外病变或腔内治疗失败的嵌顿性结石可考虑腹腔镜或开放手术治疗,但临床医师需结合患者具体情况和各单位的实际条件,以及医师对各手术的熟练程度选择个体化治疗方案。

| Abstract: | There is no consensus in the treatment of incarcerated ureteral calculi. Based on the different treatment modes and advantages and disadvantages, it＇s recommended that mPCNL or URSL can be firstly considered for upper section ureteral incarcerated calculi, URSL for the lower section, laparoscopie or open operation treatment for combining lesions outside ureter or endovascular treatment failure, but the clinicians need to take the actual conditions of patients, available medical facilities in different hospitals, and doctors＇ proficiency on the operation to make individualized treatment plan. |
