无痛胃镜的全程护理研究

目的比较无痛胃镜及普通胃镜的诊疗效果,总结无痛胃镜护理中的注意事项。方法对我院消化内科自2010年1月至2012年12月间收治并行无痛胃镜检查的86例患者采取随机分组的方式分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采取无痛胃镜检查,对照组采取常规胃镜检查,两组均进行术前、术中、术后的全程配合护理,记录护理步骤及患者生命体征、治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组不良反应、操作过程中生命体征波动低于对照组,观察组操作成功率及满意度高于对照组。结论无痛胃镜比常规胃镜具有术中刺激小,操作成功率高,患者满意度高的优势,但也额外增加了麻醉因素导致的风险,需要医护人员更好的配合治疗。

Study on the Nursing of Painless Gastroscopy

Objectives To study the differences of the effects for diagnosis and treatment of painless gastroscopy and normal gastroscopy. Conclude the key points in the nursing process for painless gastroscopy. Methods Choose 86 patients from January, 2010 to December,2012 received in the department of gastroenterology. Patients were randomized to 2 groups with the observe group receiving painless gastroscopy while the control group normal gastroscopy. All patients were carefully nursed and their vital signs and complications were recorded. Results The observe group showed a significantly higher satisfaction and a lower complications occurring rate. Conclusion The painless gastroscopy may provide patients a better and more comfort choice while it takes the doctors and nurses more work to do. To ensure safety nurses need to pay special attention on the anesthesia nursing.
