浅谈急诊护士对工作场所暴力的预防

急诊工作场所暴力发生率高,护士遭受暴力事件概率达80%,暴力事件对护士带来躯体和心理的巨大伤害,导致护理行业不稳定,造成护理人才流失。针对暴力事件发生的原因,通过工作场所暴力知识培训、护士操作技能及语言沟通能力培训、正确应对暴力事件高危患者、完善医院环境和制度达到预防和降低暴力事件发生的目的 。

Prevention of workplace violence for nurses in emergency department

Workplace violence got a high rate in emergency department,nurses who suffered violence achieved 80%.Workplace violence brought great harm to nurses in physiology and psychology,and resulted in unsteady nursing vocation.According to the reasons that cause violence,training of workplace violence knowledge and skills of operation and communication were suggested.Proper way to deal with high risk violence patients and promotion of circumstance and hospital system were needed.
