交锁髓内针与锁定钢板固定治疗胫骨干骨折的临床分析

目的：探讨交锁髓内针与锁定钢板治疗胫骨干骨折的临床效果.方法：回顾分析近几年来56例因胫骨干骨折行交锁髓内针固定术及锁定钢板固定术患者的术后恢复情况,其中交锁髓内针固定术30例,锁定钢板固定术26例.结果：均术后随访5~30个月,平均18个月.交锁髓内针与锁定钢板固定手术患者均愈合良好（优良率分别为73.3%、65.4%）,且并发症几率无明显差异（交锁髓内针为16.7%、锁定钢板固定26.9%）,只是交锁髓内针患者愈合时间（139.4±8.5d）比锁定钢板固定患者愈合时间（147.7±9.3d）稍短.结论：两种方式治疗胫骨干骨折差异不明显,临床上均可获得理想效果,应根据患者骨折具体情况、全身情况等因素选择手术.

Interlocking intramedullary nail with locking plate fixation of tibial shaft fractures in clinical analysis

Objective：Intramedullary needle into with locking plate tibial fractures of the clinical treatment ot dry ellect. Methods..Analysls results in recent years because of tibial fractures 56 cases do do/intramedullary needle fixation and locking plate fixation postoperative recovery of the pa- tients,including intramedullary needle fixation in 30 cases,locking plate fixation 26 cases. Result：All patients were followed up 5~30 months,an av- erage of 18 months. Intramedullary needle and locking plate fixed surgery patients were healed well （rate were 73.3~, 65.4~）, and complications were no obvious difference （intramedullary needle is 16.7 ~,locking plate fixed 26.9 ~）, only to make intramedullary needle patients healing time （139.4-t-8. 5d） than locking plate in patients with fixed healing time （147.7 ~ 9.3d） slightly shorter. Conclusion： The two ways of tibial fractures treatment do no obvious difference,clinical ideal effect can be obtained, should according to patients with fracture specific conditions, factors such as the general condition choosing surgery.
