人文关怀对社区脑卒中患者康复影响的研究

目的：探讨人文关怀对社区脑卒中康复期患者病情影响的研究。方法：分析2011年住院的脑卒中康复期的患者一般情况及心理状况,统计加强人文关怀前后住院满意度、住院时间及二次返院时间。结果：住院满意度分别是86Z和92％,住院时间分别是33±3．1和26±2．6天,二次返院时间分别是89±21和106±16天。结论：加强人文关怀,是社区医院提高治愈率、满意度,避免二次返院的必由之路。

The Influence of Humanistic Care on Stroke Rehabilitation of the Patients in Community

Objective：to discuss the influence of humanistic care on stroke rehabilitation recovery of the patients in community. Methods：Analysis the general situation and mental health status of in--hospital patients with stroke in rehabilitation period in 2011 ,and contrast the degree of satisfac- tion in--hospital, the length of time in hospital and the time of second back to the hospital. Result：it was 86 % and 92 % in the degree of satisfaction, was 33 % 3.1 and 26 ±2.6 days in the length of time in hospital, was 89 ± 21 and 106± 16 days in the second back to the hospital, between improving the humanistic care before and after. Conclusion：it was the only way that strengthening the humanistic solicitude could improve the cure rate and the degree of satisfaction,and avoid the second back to the hospital in community hospital.
