红细胞聚集对血细胞分析仪检测结果的影响及处理分析

目的：探讨和研究红细胞（RBC）聚集对血细胞分析仪检测结果的影响及处理分析.方法：将疑为红细胞聚集的标本离心后,用等量生理盐水置换标本血浆后再次用血细胞分析仪进行检测.结果：红细胞聚集导致红细胞计数明显下降,红细胞压积（HCT）,平均红细胞容积（MCV）,平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度（MCHC）,平均血红蛋白分量（MCH）参数均不可靠,其中平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度（MCHC）有明显增高,为典型表现.经过处理后,结果恢复正常.结论：红细胞聚集严重影响血细胞分析仪的检测结果,本方法可以有效清除因血浆因素对血细胞检测仪相关参数的影响.

Objective： of blood cells analyzer gathered the red blood cells to affect the results of detection and analysis. Methods：specimens of red blood cell suspected gathered centrifugal, equal with saline replacement specimens again after plasma cells of blood test analyzer. Result：the red blood cells to gather RBC count dropped significantly,red blood cell deposited,average red blood cell volume,average red blood cell hemoglobin concentra- tion,average hemoglobin component parameters are not reliable, the average of red blood cell hemoglobin concentration have significantly higher and is a typical performance. Conclusion：the red blood ceils gathered the serious influence blood cells analyzer test results.
