肺癌组织中p53和VEGF的表达及其临床意义

摘    要:目的:了解 p53 和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF)表达水平与肺癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法: 采用免疫组化方法(二步法)检测 170 例肺癌组织中 p53 和 VEGF 的表达水平。结果:p53和 VEGF的阳性表达率分别为 48. 8%和47 .6%。p53和VEGF的表达水平与肺癌患者年龄、性别和组织学类型无相关性,P> 0 .05,与淋巴结转移、浸润和 pTNM 分期有关,P<0 .05(P值分别为0 026、0. 002和0 .012), p53与原发肿瘤大小和癌细胞分化程度有关,P<0 .05(P值分别为 0. 003 和 0 .037), VEGF则与原发肿瘤大小和癌细胞分化程度无关,P>0. 05(P值分别为0. 871和0. 677)。结论: p53和VEGF参与了肺癌的发生和发展过程,可以作为肺癌生物学水平的检测指标。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between p53,VEGF and the clinicopathologic characteristics of lung cancer. METHODS: A total of 170 specimens of lung cancer were examined for p53 and VEGF by the immunohistochemical staining. RESULTS: Positive rates of p53 and VEGF were 48.8% and 47.6% respectively. The relationship between the expressions of p53 and VEGF and sex, age and histological type of lung cancer patients showed no statistical significance, P>0.05. p53 and VEGF were closely related to lymph node metastasis, invasions of the lesions and pTNM stage of lung cancer,P0.05(P=0.026, 0.002,0.012). p53 was related to the size of primary cancer and cell differentiation, P<0.05(P=0.003, 0.037). while VEGF was unrelated to these items, P>0.05 ( P=0.871, 0.677). CONCLUSION: p53 and VEGF play an important role in the oncogenesis and development of lung cancer and can be regarded as biological markers for lung cancer.
