鼓膜修补术夹层法与内植法疗效比较

目的：比较单纯鼓膜修补术的夹层法与内植法的疗效。方法：回顾性分析280例302耳的手术疗效，其中内植法132耳。夹层法170耳。从鼓膜愈合率、菲薄率、听力恢复情况三方面比较疗效。结果：夹层法组鼓膜愈合率为94．3％，内植法组鼓膜愈合率为84．8％；夹层法组鼓膜菲薄率为0，内植法组鼓膜菲薄率为24．2％；夹层法组听力恢复明显优于内植法组。结论：夹层法鼓膜修补术是治疗鼓膜穿孔的较为理想的方法。

Comparison of the curative effects between sandwich method and underlay method of tympanoplasty

Objective:To estimate and compare the curative effects of tympanoplasty between sandwich method and underlay method. Methods:302 ears of 280 patients were retrospectively analyzed from the healing rate of tympanic membrane,the rate of thinness and the rate of improvement of audition.Results:The rate of closure of perforation of tympanic membrane was 94.3% in sandwich method group and 84.4% in underlay method; The rate of thinness was 0 in sandwich method group and 24.2% in underlay method;The hearing recovery of sandwich method group was better than that of underlay method group. Conclusion:The sandwich method of myringoplasty is an ideal method for healing perforation of tympanic membrane.
