下肢静脉性溃疡的血流动力学变化

目的：探讨下肢静脉性溃疡的血流动力学变化情况。方法：通过多普勒超声检查技术对65例，68条下肢静脉性溃疡患肢的下肢静脉系统进行检测。结果：所有患肢均见到静脉返流或瓣膜功能不全 ，其中浅静脉64条94．12％，深静脉38条50．88％，交通支静脉41条60．29％。68条患肢共出现五种形式血流动力学变化，其中主要为联合形式的血流动力学变化79．41％。结论：静脉性溃疡的手术治疗，关键在于查出静脉性溃疡血流动力学变化详细情况，并给予全面去除。

Changes of Venous Blood Flow Dynamics in Patients with Lower Extremity Ulceration

Objective To study changes of the venous blood flow dynamics in patients with lower extremity ulceration.Methods 68 limbs (65 cases) with venous ulcerations of lower limb were examined with color Doppler technique.Results Venous reflux or valvular incompetence were found in all cases examined. The rate of superficial venous reflux was 94.14%. The perforative venous reflux rate was 60.29% and the reflux rate of the deep veins was 50.88%. There were 5 patterns of venous blood flow dynamic abnormalities in 68 limbs with venous ulcerations.Among them,the combined pattern was the most important.Conclusion It is very important to find out the detailed condition of valvular incompetence and eradicate it completely.
