HPV16／18感染与卵巢癌的关系

目的探讨高危型人乳头状瘤病毒感染与卵巢癌发生的关系。方法采用原位杂交法检测卵巢上皮性良性肿瘤32例、交界性肿瘤25例、卵巢癌45例中HPV16／18病毒，用正常卵巢组织作对照。结果卵巢癌中HPV16／18的感染与正常卵巢组织、上皮性良性肿瘤比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．001），与交界性肿瘤比较无差异；低分化卵巢癌中HPV16／18的感染率高（P〈0．05），与患者组织学类型及临床分期等无关。结论高危型HPV的感染可能与卵巢癌的发生有关。

Correlation of High-Risk Human Papillomavirus with Ovarian Carcinomas

Objective To explore the relation between the High-risk human papillomavirus （HPV） and ovarian carcinomas. Methods In situ, Hybridization Technique was used to examine HPV16/18 DNA in 32 cases of benign Ovarian epithelial tumors,25 cases of borderline tumors,45 cases of Ovarian carcinoma and immunobistochemistry was used to examine the expression of VEGF and ki- 67 protein,which compared to usual ovarian tissues. Results The positive rate of HPV16/18 was significantly different between ovarian carcinoma and normal epithelial ovarian tissues or benign epithelial ovarian tumors （P 〈 0. 001）, but no significant difference between ovarian carcinomas and borderline tumors; The percentage of positive expression of HPV16/18 was evidently higher in the poorly differentiated ovarian carcinomas than that of the well differentiated group （P 〈 0.05）, and was not associated with tumor types or clinical stages. Conclusions The infection of High-risk HPV may be.related to the development of ovarian carcinoma.
