| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病的护理措施。方法对17例患者进行有针对性的心理护理，合理控制饮食，必要时配合胰岛素治疗、运动治疗等。结果孕妇均未发生严重并发症，胎儿发育良好。结论妊娠期糖尿病良好的心理和饮食护理至关重要，是减少妊娠期并发症及胎儿畸形的保证。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the nursing measures of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:The measures such as specif-ic psychological care,controlling diet reasonably,insulin therapy when necessary and exercise therapy were used in 17 patients.Results: All pregnant women did not happen serious complications and foetus developed well.Conclusions: Psychological and diet care can reduce complications and the rate of fetal malformation during pregnancy. |
