| 摘 要： | 目的]观察比较常规平面手法和杠杆定位手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法]腰椎间盘突出症患者299例，随机分为试验组153例和对照组146例。试验组采用牵引后加用杠杆定位整复手法治疗，对照组采用牵引后常规给推拿治疗。结果]试验组治愈90例，好转57例，未愈6例，总有效率96.08％；对照组治愈21例，好转75例，未愈50例，总有效率65.75％，治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论]杠杆定位整复手法利用两手臂对角杠杆原理治疗腰椎间盘突出症，符合腰椎生物力学结构特征，临床效果满意。 |
