经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折72例护理体会

目的探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的护理体会。方法对72例接受经皮椎体成形术治疗的老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者，术前进行基本护理、心理护理和俯卧位训练，手术后给予监测生命体征，预防并发症，并进行康复锻炼指导等护理方法。结果所有患者的疼痛症状均明显缓解，出院时均恢复行走，无一例发生并发症。术后随访1年，均对手术效果均满意。结论手术前后的整体身心护理保障了经皮椎体成形术的顺利进行，是确保手术成功的关键。

Experiences in Nursing 72 Cases of Senile Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture Treated with Percutaneous Vertebroplasty

Objective To investigate the experiences in nursing methods for senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP).Methods 72 cases of senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were administered PVP.In preoperation,basic nursing,psychological nursing and prone training were applied.In postoperation,the nursing methods were used to monitor life signs,prevent from complication and guide rehabilitation exercises.Results Pain was relieved obviously in all of 72 cases and walking was recovered after discharge.No any case presented complication.In 1-year postoperative follow-up,the satisfaction resulted in operation.Conclusion Entire physical and mental nursing in perioperation ensures the sound progression of PVP and is regarded as the key of successful operation.
