p16蛋白、雌、孕激素受体在乳癌中的表达

摘    要:目的 探讨p16蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及其与ER、PR表达的关系。方法 采用免疫组织法检测84例乳腺癌的p16蛋白、ER和PR。结果 p16阳性率(47.1%)与ER阳性率(39.28%)和PR阳性率(41.7%)相类似。p16阳性病例中巴结转移率(27.5%)远低于p16阴性者(61.36%),两者差异显著(P<0.05)。ER与淋巴结转移的关系相似,ER阳性病例的转移率为30.30%,阴性病例转移率为54.96%,两者差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 p16、ER和PR的表达具有较强的一致性,从p16的异常表达可推测p16基因的突变和缺失可能与乳腺癌的发生、发展有关。p16与ER的表达与淋巴结转移有明显的相关性,p16和ER表达阳性的乳腺癌转移率较低,p16和ER均阴性者淋巴结转移率较高。因此,p16和ER均可作为乳癌预后的指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of p16 protein, estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) in breast cancer. Methods Eighty-four cases of breast carcinoma were analyzed by an immunohistochemical technique. Results The positive rates of p16 , ER and PR were 47.1%, 39.3% and 41.7% respectively. The rate of lymph node metastasis was lower in p16 positive cases (27.5%) than that in p16 negative ones (61.4%) (p<0.01); And the metastastic rate of lymph nodes was lower in the ER positive cases (30.3%) than that in the ER negative ones (55.0%) (p<0.05). Conclusions There is a strong correlation among the expression of p16, ER and PR in breast carcinoma. Aberrant expression of p16 suggests that there is a mutation or deletion of the gene, which may be related to the pathogenesis and development of the breast carcinoma. Expression of p16 and ER were significantly correlated with the metastasis of lymph nodes. That is, the breast carcinoma with positive staining of p16 and ER has a lower rate of metastasis, and vice versa. Therefore, p16 and ER are good markers to evaluate the patients' prognosis.
