| 摘 要： | 本文采用酶联免疫吸附分析(ELISA)检测10例肝癌患者~(131)I抗人肝癌铁蛋白抗体放射免疫治疗后的血清抗抗体反应。其中6例经肝动脉插管给药,另4例经外周静脉给药。分别收集用药后第7、14、21、30和60天的患者血清标本进行动态检测,结果:静脉给药组4例中,有1例测得抗抗体,而肝动脉插管给药组6例均未测得抗抗体。

| Abstract: | Anti-antibody response to radioimmtmo-therapy with 131-1 anti-human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)isoferritin antibody was studied in sera of 10 HCO patients using Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). Radiolabeled antibody was administered via hepatic artery catheter in 6 patients, and intravenously in 4 patients. Serial detections were done in sera samples collected at 7, 14, 21, 30 and 60 days after the administration. Results showed that ssrum anti-anti body was detected in 1 out of the 4 patients receiving intravenous injection, and none of the 6 patients with intrahepatio artery administration. |
