| 摘 要： | 目的提高临床医生对儿童鼻后孔息肉的诊治水平。方法回顾性研究儿童鼻后孔息肉2例的诊治过程，对此病的临床表现和诊治要点进行讨论。结果2例均治愈出院。结论部分鼻后孔息肉发源于中鼻甲，鼻内窥镜手术是治疗的较好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the diagnosis and treatment level of choanal polyps of child. Method:Two cases with choanal polyps of child were retrospectively reviewed. The clinical manifestation and treatment were discussed. Result:Two cases were cured. Conclusion: Some choanal polyp derive from concha nasalis media, endoscopic sinus surgery is a good method for treatment. |
