| 摘 要： | 目的了解60岁以上老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的自我管理意识及相关因素,为实施健康教育提供依据。方法以自编调查表对120例60岁以上老年＂双高＂患者的自我管理意识进行调查。结果57例患者自我管理状况欠佳,影响自我管理的主要相关因素为年龄、文化程度、病程、配偶状况、合并并发症状况、家庭支持状况等（P〈0.05）。结论在糖尿病合并高血压患者健康教育过程中,要注重患者家庭、社会等因素对自我管理能力的影响。
